  1. Products made from natural raw materials there may be a sediment caused by natural herbs. There is no problem using the product.

  2. Packaging is natural rubber wood hand made piece by piece there may be some slight discrepancies in shape.

  3. If the product is found to have problems with use or the packaging has a problem not available Must contact the company immediately after receiving the product within 24 hours. must arise from the production process such as packaging leakage, breakage, chipping, etc.

  4. The company will deliver the replacement product within 5 working days after verifying that the actual problem is found. Both customers in and abroad by delivery time will vary from area to area.

  5. Because it is a natural herb in terms of the smell of inhalers, yellow pills, patchouli water, there may be a slight difference.

  6. There is no problem in use or properties of the product the color of inhaler, yellow pill, borneol may change over time.

  7. Please record a video of the unpacking of the package for use as evidence in the event that a product claim is required. HANASUSU reserves the right to deny a product claim request in the absence of an unpacking video.

  8. In the event that a product is damaged during shipment, has a manufacturing defect, or is the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to claim the product. (If the product is transferred to a third party and is subsequently damaged, we reserve the right to deny the claim.)

  9. In the event that a product is undeliverable and returned to us due to no recipient, incorrect or incomplete address, we will store the returned package for up to 6 months from the date we receive it. If no request is made to retrieve the product, we reserve the right to return, refund, or cancel the purchase.
